I'm a Merchant, how do I login?
You can login using the 'Sign In' link at the top of the page. If you do not have a login yet, simply click the 'Register' link at the top of the page and fill in your details making sure to use your work email. Be sure to email a merchant account verification request to orders@propelindustries.co.nz and a member of our team will initiate merchant permissions for you after confirming your details. Please note, this may take up to a day to complete.
What is my order status?
For customers that have purchased from Propel online, you can access your order details by signing in using the customer 'Sign In' link at the top of the page. For merchant customer, please call 0800 427 335 to check your purchase order status.
I have a problem with a product, What should I do?
If you are experiencing a fault with one of our products be sure to fill out our 'Service Request Form' and a member of our team will be in touch to help!
What are the dimensions of your products?
Most of our products are listed with specifications that outline dimensions. Click on the 'Specifications' tab underneath the product description and you will be able to see these details. If dimensions are not currently provided be sure to get in touch and we will be happy to supply!
